Although Lagree and Pilates share some similarities, they are completely different methods.
Lagree is a more intense and complete workout that combines resistance, control and high intensity in a single session. Its focus on deep muscle activation and efficiency makes it an ideal method for those looking for visible results and a greater physical challenge.
While Pilates is practised on a machine called Reformer, the Lagree method works with the Megaformer.
The Megaformer offers a wider variety of uses compared to the Reformer, as it has twice as many resistance springs and allows for hundreds of full body exercise combinations. This translates into more intense workouts, activation of multiple muscle groups, increased heart rate and greater calorie burn.
In Lagree, the movements are slower and more controlled, designed to work several muscle groups at the same time. This maximises muscle activation and prolongs calorie burning even after the workout.
In Pilates, there are usually short breaks between exercises. In Lagree, on the other hand, the transitions are quick, but the movements are executed with precision and control. This combination results in faster muscle exhaustion, allowing for shorter but highly effective sessions.

*We have women’s changing rooms equipped with showers and lockers. For men, we have a changing room where they can change with no showers, but don’t worry: they’ll be ready soon!

Thanks to its low-impact approach and the ability to adjust our machines’ resistance, the workout can be adapted to suit whatever level of endurance.
If this is your first class, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so that our certified instructors can explain the method and how the Megaformer works.
For best results, we recommend attending at least twice a week. This allows the body to rest between sessions while maintaining a consistent and effective exercise routine.
Yes, Lagree is suitable for pregancy.
We follow a specific protocol in which we can adapt the exercises according to your trimester, offering alternatives and modifications when necessary.
Our recommendation is to train until the 36th week of pregnancy at the latest.
Starter Lagree: throughout your pregnancy until the 36th week.
Classic Lagree (intermediate level): first and second trimester of pregnancy.
However, it’s essential that you consult with your doctor before doing any type of exercise.
